Las Terrenas, Samaná. – El Seguro Nacional de Salud (SeNaSa) puso a disposición de sus afiliados y ciudadanos en general su nueva oficina de servicios en el Municipio de Las Terrenas, provincia Samaná, con el propósito de facilitar las gestiones y solicitudes sin que tengan que trasladarse a otra provincia.
El acto de inauguración estuvo encabezado por el director ejecutivo de SeNaSa, Dr. Santiago Hazim, quien expresó que “en SeNaSa hemos asumido el compromiso de hacer un trabajo de calidad, para continuar mejorando y ampliando nuestros servicios para que los ciudadanos queden totalmente satisfechos, pero, sobre todo, asumimos el compromiso de llegar a cada rincón del territorio nacional para que cada ciudadano tenga acceso a un servicio de salud digno”.
El nuevo centro de servicios está ubicado en la calle Duarte, no.3, justo en el centro del municipio, por lo que resulta de fácil acceso para los usuarios. Su horario de servicios es de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
Disponibilidad de servicios
La Lic. Mary Ann Brito, gerente regional de SeNaSa en San Francisco de Macorís, informó que en el nuevo centro de servicios se pueden obtener afiliación, traspaso, cambio de ARS, inclusión de dependientes, afiliación de titular, entregas de cartas del subsidiado, recepción de facturas de centros privados y hospitales, recepción de solicitudes de alto costo, así como solicitudes de reembolso.
La apertura de esta oficina surge como una respuesta a las demandas de los munícipes, ya que cada día mas crece la cartera de afiliados, teniendo mayor impacto en las empresas y en la industria hotelera.
A la inauguración también asistieron diversas autoridades de la provincia de Samaná e invitados especiales.
