18 provincias en alerta, 28 casa afectadas y deslizamientos de tierra por lluvias

La Dirección del Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE) informó este lunes debido a las lluvias ocasionas por los efectos de la tormenta ETA al país varios sectores fueron anegados, 28 viviendas han sido afectadas y unas 18 provincia están bajo alerta.

“Por el desbordamiento de la cañada 30 de mayo, unas 10 viviendas se inundaron y en una de ellas se mojaron todo sus ajuares, de igual forma por crecida del Arroyo Virreina unas 17 viviendas fueron anegadas en Villa Sombrero. Además varios sectores fueron anegados, tales como: Las colinas, La Cabria y Limonar, también por crecida del Arroyo Limonar, se incomunico parcialmente La Cabria de Limonar con la parte norte de Bani”, señala la institución en su informe de esta mañana.

Mientras que indica que las provincia en alerta amarilla son El Gran Santo Domingo, Barahona, San Cristóbal, San José de Ocoa y Peravia, en alerta verde están Monseñor Nouel , Santiago, La Vega, Monte Plata, Pedernales, Samaná, duarte, azua, San Pedro de Macorís, Hato Mayor, Sánchez Ramírez , El Seibo y San Juan.

Por su lado, la Defensa Civil del Distrito Nacional reporta que debido a las intensas lluvias ocurrió un deslizamiento de tierra, afectando una vivienda de manera parcial, ubicada en el callejón 27 de febrero del sector la Zurza, pero no hubo lesionados.

En San Cristóbal se produjo un deslizamiento de tierra en la carretera San Cristóbal-Palenque.

El COE recomienda que mantenerse en contacto con la Defensa Civil, Fuerzas Armadas, Cruz Roja, la Policía Nacional, Cuerpos de Bomberos y este Centro de Operaciones de Emergencia a través del Tel: 809-472-0909 , *462 de la OPTIC.

Además, ante la ocurrencia de aguaceros, los residentes en zonas de alto riesgo que habitan próximo a ríos, arroyos y cañadas deben de estar atentos y tomar las medidas de precaución necesarias ante posibles crecidas e inundaciones repentinas.
