República Dominicana.- Con la finalidad de procurar el bienestar y el buen desarrollo estudiantil de nuestros escolares, el Instituto Nacional de Bienestar Estudiantil, INABIE, invertirá 10 mil millones de pesos para la adquisición de leche y otros tipos de líquidos que forman parte de la Canasta Básica Complementaria para el año escolar 2021-2022.
El director ejecutivo del INABIE, Cecilio Rodríguez, aseguró que con la inversión se procura que un millón ochocientos mil (1,800.000) estudiantes del Sistema Público Dominicano continúen recibiendo las unidades de leche y néctares, uno por cada día de clases, abarcando así la totalidad de los días establecidos en el calendario escolar.
“Para nuestros estudiantes no hay límites, aquí estamos para trabajar en función del mandato de nuestro señor presidente, Luis Abinader, y el ministro de Educación Roberto Fulcar, las instrucciones son hacer todo lo posible para que no se detenga la alimentación, y ese es nuestro papel aquí, por eso estamos apostándolo todo y los ganadores son nuestros estudiantes”, manifestó Rodríguez.
Para la compra de estos productos líquidos, el INABIE abrió una convocatoria a licitación para que, basados en la transparencia, los oferentes puedan presentar sus propuestas a fin de beneficiar a los alumnos.
“Los que cumplan con la Ley pueden aplicar en esta convocatoria, solo queremos recordar que cualquier información deben solicitarla directamente a esta institución, así no habrá informaciones distorsionadas”, externó el funcionario.
La suma es un preventivo subido al pliego de condiciones para que concursen los distintos suplidores en la licitación del año escolar que inicia en agosto 2021.
Para la adquisición de estas unidades de líquidos se somete a cada uno de los suplidores que aplican en el proceso a una depuración para la verificación de lugar para constatar que cumplan con las condiciones que especifica la Ley de Compras y Contrataciones Públicas.
