Neiba, Bahoruco, RD.- La Cooperativa Nacional de Seguros (COOPSEGUROS) se instaló con nueva oficina dentro de la edificación de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Neiba (COOPACRENE).
El acto de apertura estuvo encabezado por los señores Manuel Gutiérrez Rosario y Ruth Jessica Soto, presidente y gerente general de COOPSEGUROS respectivamente y como contraparte, COOPACRENE fue representada por los señores José Darío Cepeda Medina y Jorge Joaquín Peña, en sus calidades de presidente y gerente general respectivamente.
Tanto Gutiérrez como Soto agradecieron a las autoridades de la Cooperativa COOPACRENE por abrir sus puertas y facilitar que desde allí, la aseguradora pueda facilitar sus diversos productos a los asociados.
El presidente de la entidad destacó que con la apertura de esa nueva oficina se procura fortalecer la atención a los asociados, así como colocar toda la gama de productos con que cuenta la entidad aseguradora en esa parte de la región sur.
Mientras que la gerente general señaló que el propósito fundamental de COOPSEGUROS es mantener siempre seguros a los asociados de las cooperativas socias y aliadas estratégicas.
Asimismo, que el señor José Darío Cepeda Medina presidente de COOPACRENE resaltó la importancia estratégica que representa la apertura de la oficina de COOPSEGUROS dentro de la cooperativa que preside.
Según Cepeda Medina, los socios de COOPACRENE resultaran altamente beneficiados al poder adquirir sus seguros dentro de su cooperativa, a precios competitivos, a través de los medios de pago que le ofrece COOPACRENE.
En el evento contó con la asistencia del señor José Luís García tesorero de COOPSEGUROS, Luís Carlos Méndez, gerente de Administración y Finanzas de COOPACRENE. También hicieron acto de presencia diversas autoridades municipales, así como parte de los cuerpos gerenciales de ambas entidades.
La nueva oficina de COOPSEGUROS se encuentra dentro de la sucursal sede central de COOPACRENE, ubicada en el Municipio de Neiba de la Provincia Bahoruco.
