Cándida Alvarez, directora de Operaciones, Sr. José Rodríguez (Joseph), gerente Nacional, la Sra. Ana García, directora de Finanzas, Sra. Cleidy Sabala, directora de Gestión Humana así como, el Ing. Juan Carlos Oviedo, director de Tecnología, Sr. Orlando Oviedo, director de Servicios Generales, Sr. Julio César Oviedo, director de Producción y Compras Internacionales, Srta. Kiara Oviedo Canela, supervisora Administrativa, Sr. Miguel Àngel Oviedo, Sra. Kirsi Sánchez, gerente de Relaciones Públicas, entre otros.
Durante la actividad, las palabras centrales estuvieron a cargo del Sr. Juan Oviedo, presidente, quien anunció al país que están dando apertura a una nueva sucursal de Óptica Oviedo en la Rómulo Bentancourt, casi esquina Núñez de Cáceres.
