Ministerio de Medio Ambiente posesiona a nuevo encargado provincial en La Altagracia

Santo Domingo.- El Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales posesionó a José Manuel Severino Gil como nuevo encargado provincial en La Altagracia.

Durante el acto de juramentación, Erasmo Pichardo, encargado nacional de Oficinas Provinciales del Ministerio, destacó el interés del organismo encabezado por el Ministro Miguel Ceara Hatton, de continuar velando por la preservación medioambiental de la nación y el cumplimiento de la Ley 64-00.

En ese orden, Severino Gil resaltó la importancia de los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente para la República Dominicana y agradeció a dichas autoridades por la confianza depositada en él como titular para esa demarcación.

“Las personas que me acompañan aquí se han comprometido todos y si asumimos ese compromiso todos juntos sé que lo podemos lograr. Por eso dije mi nuevo lema: Medio Ambiente somos todos. Aquí ustedes van a encontrar a una persona dirigiendo, pero con un equipo de hombres y mujeres que desde ya inician el trabajo para continuar con el cumplimiento de las leyes a favor de los recursos naturales”, aseguró el nuevo encargado.

Severino Gil es doctor en Derecho por la Universidad Central del Este (UCE), con maestría en Derecho Constitucional y Derecho Público, de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, en España.

El nuevo incumbente provincial de Medio Ambiente se formó además en litigación de tierra, laboral, civil y penal, Derecho Inmobiliario, así como en seguridad y transporte, al igual que en Derecho Migratorio.

Además, Severino Gil ha participado en seminarios sobre inteligencia emocional, recursos humanos, servicio civil y carreras administrativas, entre otros.
