El ingeniero Martín Robles Morillo, administrador general de la Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica Dominicana (ETED) resaltó que la entidad seguirá promoviendo la estabilidad, permanencia, eficiencia, eficacia y la constancia en el servicio de energía eléctrica en alta tensión en el país.
Indicó que la empresa ha logrado fortalecer los niveles de transparencia y mejorar los indicadores de desempeño, basados en la excelencia en el proceso de gestión de recursos disponibles, para cumplir con las iniciativas, planes y proyectos del excelentísimo señor presidente Luis Abinader Corona.
En ese sentido, resaltó que, “la orientación de la empresa hacia el logro de nuestras metas ha permitido alcanzar altos niveles de transparencia, además, una medalla de oro a la calidad el pasado 2022”. 
Robles manifestó que la ETED continuará trabajando en la expansión y transformación del sistema de transmisión eléctrico nacional, innovando y aplicando nuevas tecnologías.
“Seguiremos promoviendo la participación ciudadana, trabajando para mejorar la calidad de vida de todos’, enfatizó Robles Morillo.
La ETED trabaja en la ejecución de 16 proyectos de líneas y subestaciones con una inversión de RD$3,655 millones de pesos. Actualmente, concluye la fase de licitación de nueve (9) proyectos, con una inversión de RD$9,349 millones. En fase de diseño, se trabajan siete (7) proyectos, con una inversión estimada de RD$8,522 millones.
El titular de la ETED habló al encabezar el acto de ofrenda floral en el Altar de la Patria, con motivo del mes de la Patria, que organiza cada año la Comisión Permanente De Efemérides Patrias. El funcionario destacó la gallardía que otorgó la libertad, la soberanía y la independencia que hoy poseen dominicanos. Resaltando los valores y principios de Duarte, Sánchez y Mella para lograr nuestra Independencia.
Refirió que esos próceres han dejado un legado que debe servir de ejemplo a las presentes y futuras generaciones. Además del administrador de ETED, al acto asistieron los miembros del Consejo Directivo y otros representantes de la empresa.
