Santo Domingo, RD.- El inversionista chino en el país, Xiaofeng Zang Qian, solicitó ayuda de las autoridades dominicanas, quien según explicó ha sido víctima de una estafa millonaria en la compra de una finca y pese a mostrar todas las evidencias, no ha recibido respuesta de la justicia.
En tal sentido, solicitó a la Corte de Apelación del Distrito Nacional y al presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, interponer de sus buenos oficios e intervenir en esta situación, ya que ha sido víctima de un engaño con alrededor de un millón y medio de dólares.
Dijo, que como inversionista extranjero se siente desamparado por la seguridad jurídica que debe imperar en el pais, ya que hace más de tres años adquirió unos terrenos con una supuesta mina de ambar, siendo engañado por los vendedores quienes lo posesionaron en una propiedad ajena, de donde fue hechado posteriormente.
Explicó, que a raíz del problema, ha atravesado muchas vicisitudes, debido a que el caso fue fallado en la Segunda Sala Penal del Distrito Nacional, que preside la jueza Clara Luz Almonte, de donde no ha recibido respuesta.
Asi mismo, el empresario Zang Qian, demandó la intervención del presidente Luis Abinader, quien ha dado garantías a la inversión extranjera en el país, por lo que consideró penoso tener que quejarse a través de los medios internacionales sobre esta situación, que senta un mal presedente para la República Dominicana porque auyenta las inversiones del exterior.
Reiteró a las autoridades brindarle su apoyo en lo que consideró como un «Asalto» en su buena fe de invertir en el país, por lo que espera de los honorables jueces de la Corte de Apelación que se haga justicia en este caso, a fin de que se respete la inversión extranjera en el país y haya un verdadero clima de paz e inversión.
Indicó que no esperaba la decisión en su contra, emitida por la Segunda Sala Penal, por lo que reiteró que pese a presentar todas las pruebas que evidencia la estafa de la que fue víctima, el tribunal procedió contrario a la realidad.
Propugnó por que se respete la inversión extranjera en el país, a fin de que vengan más inversionistas de China, Asia, Estados Unidos y todas partes del mundo, por la confiabilidad que existe en la República Dominicana, concluyó.
