Santo Domingo Norte. – El presidente Luis Abinader dio un gran impulso a las jornadas de inclusión social “Primero Tú”, que desarrolla en barrios y comunidades la Dirección General de Proyectos Estratégicos y Programas Especiales de la Presidencia (Propeep), dirigidas a ofrecer servicios estatales y solucionar problemas de salud a mujeres, adultos, envejecimientos y demás personas que viven en precarias condiciones económicas y sociales y en pobreza extrema.
El jefe de Estado exhortó a la población a participar en estas jornadas de Propeep, dirigida por el ministro Neney Cabrera, en las que miles de personas reciben raciones alimenticias cocidas y cestas con productos de la dieta básica, distribuidos por los Comedores Económicos del Estado y el Instituto de Estabilización de Precios (INESPRE), así como asistencia de salud a mujeres, embarazadas y adultos mayores, donde además reciben los servicios de oftalmología, odontología, se realizan registros para la declaración tardía, para cursar estudios en el Instituto de Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (ITLA), y el Instituto de Formación Técnico-Profesional (Infotep), así como a jóvenes para el primer empleo.
De igual manera, se brindan los servicios para el estudio de detección del cancer de mamá, cérvico uterino, y de próstata. Todos de forma gratuita.
El presidente Abinader dijo que el objetivo de éstas jornadas que realiza Propeep es que la gente reciba todos los servicios que ofrece el Estado en un solo lugar, que este domingo se realizó en la Escuela Leoncio Manzueta, de Villa Mella, del municipio Santo Domingo Norte.
“El objetivo de este programa que desarrolla Propeep, los proyectos especiales de la Presidencia, es unificar todos los servicios que ofrece el Gobierno para que puedan llegar a los sectores màs necesitados del país”, destacó el mandatario al asistir a la jornada de inclusión social “Primero Tú” número 19 que lleva a cabo el organismo en todo el país.
“De esta manera, ustedes pueden conocer y saber a donde referirse, en el caso de salud, en el caso de educación, en el caso de la seguridad social y las ayudas sociales. Ya ustedes podrán tener más referencias en ese sentido”, precisó el presidente Abinader.
“Ese es el objetivo de este programa. El objetivo de este programa es que ustedes sepan que hay un Gobierno que los ayuda, que hay un Gobierno que está junto a ustedes ante cualquier dificultad”, enfatizó el jefe de Estado, quien concluyó con su exhortación a que la población asista a las jornadas a recibir los servicios y asistencias ofrecidos durante su realización.
Esta fue la cuarta jornada de inclusión social “Primero Tú” a la que asiste Abinader, y como parte del respaldo que da a Propeep para su realización, también ha sido representado, de manera separada, por la vicepresidenta Raquel Peña, la primera dama Raquel Arbaje, y el ministro de la Presidencia, Lisandro Macarrulla.
Al concluir su breve discurso, las mujeres, adultos y envejecientes que asistieron a la actividad se pararon y aplaudieron al mandatario, quien estuvo acompañado de su asistente personal Aníbal Belliard, y fue recibido por Jesús Aybar, William Lozada, Otniel Salcedo, subdirector, jefe de Gabinete y director de Comunidación Digital de Propeep; respectivamente.
Agradecimiento de beneficiarios
María del Carmen Rodríguez, de 65 años; Mario Vidal 72 años, y Aracelis Paulino, de 78 años, que recibió una silla de ruedas por sus problemas en la columna vertebral que le impiden la movilidad sin asistencias, expresaron su agradecimiento al presidente Luis Abinader y al ministro Neney Cabrera por los servicios y asistencias recibidos y que ofrecen a la gente pobre del país.
Este domingo, más de tres mil personas asistieron al plantel escolar para recibir evaluaciones médicas, raciones alimenticias y ser evaluadas para fines de capacitación y cursar estudios en el ITLA, INFOTEP y las Escuelas Vocacionales de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional, así como para gestiones de declaraciones tardías, recibir la tarjeta de ayuda social “Supérate”, una pensión solidaria del Estado y su afiliación al Servicio Nacional de Salud (Senasa).
Además de las instituciones señaladas, participan en las jornadas de inclusión “Primero Tú”, el Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), el ministerio de Trabajo, el Instituto Nacional de Atención a la Primera Infancia (Inaipi), Promesecal-Cal, el Consejo Nacional de Discapacidad (Conadis), el Consejo Nacional de Embejecientes Conape, el Instituto de Estabilización de Precios (Inespre), Seguro Nacional de Salud (Senasa), entre otras.
