“Tenemos instrucciones precisas de nuestro director ejecutivo, César Cedeño, de realizar esta tarea de regularización apegados a las leyes, las normativas del CEA y respetando los derechos de los ciudadanos, pero también en la debida firmeza para que nadie siga usufructuando las propiedades del Estado”, dijo D’Oleo.
Señlaló que pasadas autoridades del CEA hicieron «una práctica descentralizada de ventas y cobros en las operaciones inmobiliarias, lo que facilitó una serie de transacciones comerciales irregulares».
De su lado, el director Técnico, Federico Báez, agregó que como parte del proceso de verificación legal serán revisadas cada una de las operaciones de venta de terrenos a nivel nacional, lo que permitirá «no sólo recuperar propiedades del Estado sino también sanear las gestiones gerenciales del CEA para que comiencen a operar en un marco de total transparencia y legalidad».
Dice la nota del CEA fueron conformadas comisiones de trabajo integradas por representantes de las direcciones de Recuperación, Inmobiliaria, Técnica y Jurídica del CEA, bajo la gestión de los directores de las referidas demarcaciones, Rubén Valentín Rodríguez (SPM) y Carlos Milton Carreras Haché, del municipio de Boca Chica.
