Santo Domingo Este.- La Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad del Este (EDE Este) informó que todas sus oficinas comerciales brindan servicios de lunes a viernes de 8:00 de la mañana a 5:00 de la tarde, con excepción de Sambil, que lo hace hasta las 4:30, por las nuevas medidas establecidas por el Gobierno dominicano para controlar la propagación del Covid-19.
La Dirección de Comunicación y Relaciones Públicas indicó que sus oficinas situadas fuera de plazas comerciales estarán abiertas los sábados de 8:00 a 10:00 de la mañana y permanecerán cerradas los domingos.
Detalló que Megacentro, Jumbo-San Isidro, Jumbo-San Pedro de Macorís, La Sirena Multiplaza Higüey y La Sirena Multiplaza La Romana brindarán servicios los sábados y domingo desde las 8:00 hasta las 10:00 de la mañana. Sambil estará cerrada esos días.
EDE Este exhortó a sus clientes y usuarios seguir utilizando sus canales virtuales, tales como el Centro de Atención Telefónica (809-596-1099), la Oficina Virtual, la APP móvil Mi Edeeste, Facebook-Messenger y Whatsapp agregando el número 829- 637-1099, para pagos, solicitudes de servicios y reportes de averías, para su mayor facilidad y mantener el distanciamiento social y físico.
Recordó que también para pagos en efectivos y con tarjetas pueden utilizar las plataformas físicas y virtuales de los bancos afiliados, así como los puntos autorizados, situados en farmacias y otros comercios.
Añadió que su oficina situada en la Independencia esquina Las Carreras, Ciudad Nueva, funciona como auto-caja para facilitar el pago a sus clientes.
