Dominicano Deivi García subido por Yankees

Los Yankees anunciaron que han subido desde su sede alterna al derecho dominicano Deivi García, quien fue el señalado para abrir el lunes contra los Orioles en Baltimore.

García, quien cumplirá los 22 años de edad el próximo mes, tuvo marca de 3-2 con efectividad de 4.98 en cinco aperturas la temporada pasada, ponchando a 33 bateadores en 34.1 entradas.

En la pretemproada del 2021, el prospecto número 3 de los Yankees en la lista de MLB Pipeline abrió cinco partidos por Nueva York. En 14.0 innings, tuvo promedio de carreras limpias de 3.86 con 14 ponches.
