DNCD ocupa 456 paquetes cocaína en una finca de Las Galeras, Samaná

SAMANA, República Dominicana.- La madrugada de este miércoles fueron ocupados 456 paquetes de cocaína en una finca del municipio Las Galeras, en Samaná por parte de La Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD).

En el operativo, realizado en la carretera de la playa Rincón, próximo a la entrada de Talanquera, fue arrestada una persona que las autoridades presumen vigilaba el cargamento.

La droga estaba en 16 sacos ocultos en una cueva.

Las autoridades creen que una red de narcotráfico internacional planeaba embarcar el alijo hacia Puerto Rico.

Además de la droga, en el operativo fue ocupada una planta eléctrica, una motocicleta y varios tanques, entre otras evidencias.

Los 456 paquetes fueron enviados al Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forenses (INACIF).
