Santo Domingo.-El diputado Luis Gómez, del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM) por San Pedro de Macorís, dijo hoy que el presidente Abinader en su discurso de rendición de cuenta mostró su sensibilidad hacia la clase más vulnerable del país que son los pobres y decidido a mejorar su calidad de vida.
El legislador indicó que la administración que encabeza el presidente Abinader encontró un país devastado por el Covid-19 y un sistema de corrupción galopante instalado en todos los estamentos del estado y aun así, ha podido sortear la situación manteniendo el país a flote, donde los más beneficiados han sido la clase menos pudiente a través de los programas sociales.
“Este Gobierno se ha caracterizado por ser transparente y no usar la demagogia y la mentira como forma de engañar a la población, como ocurría en anteriores gobiernos que solían dar cifras abultadas de familias supuestamente que sacaban de la pobreza”, precisó.
Gómez, argumento que el primer mandatario de la nación es un verdadero estadista, porque toco todos los temas, y lo más importante es que anuncio su posible solución, en lo que se destacan: infraestructura, un cambio estructural en la justicia independiente, mejorar y eficientizar la educación, así como, también la agricultura entre otros, además hizo énfasis que los funcionarios de este gobierno deben estar apegado a la ética, la pulcritud, la honestidad y sobre todo la humildad como estandarte.
Gómez agregó que gracias a las buenas acciones del presidente Abinader el gobierno ha podido hacer frente a tantos problemas encontrado en la administración pública, provocado por la corrupción del gobierno pasado.
Gómez, destacó que por primera vez en la historia dominicana un gobierno que hereda una situación sanitaria tan difícil, debido a una pandemia (Covid 19), ha podido manejarla con tanta eficiencia que al día de hoy es de los primeros países en la región en obtención de las vacunas.
Recordó que el ministro de Salud de la pasada gestión, tres días antes de la toma de posesión del Presidente Abinader en unas declaraciones suya anunció el colapso del sistema de salud, sin embargo, en esta administración todo ha cambiado para bien del pueblo dominicano.
