En la acusación, el legislador oficialista repudió que en las instituciones a la que se dirige para abogar por nombramientos para sus seguidores exista una “famosa carta de que hay una comisión de empleos” integrada por los dirigentes políticos ya mencionados.
Condenó que los funcionarios del Gobierno estén “conspirando” contra la base de ese partido y, que en su condición de legislador, está siendo tratado como un diputado de oposición por el actual Gobierno, al tanto, que no ha podido darle repuesta a su equipo que lo respaldó.
“Por más esfuerzos que hago en la mayoría de los ministerios prácticamente me tienen un bloqueo. Si recomiendo para Inespre, me lo bloquean; para Educación, Pasaportes, Edenorte, Impuesto Interno, Aduanas, y otras instituciones, me lo bloquean”, sentenció el legislador.
En la acusación que involucra a su compañero de partido, dijo que el daño no se lo hacen a él si no al propio Gobierno que encabeza el presidente Luis Abinader.
«Estoy dispuesto a discutirlo en cualquier terreno, porque aquí hay un anillo contra quienes dimos los votos. Entre mi hermano Juan Medina y yo dimos 36,000 votos al PRM”, expresó Medina.
