Decreto, 621-21, emitido el día del profesional agropecuario, se incluyeron secretarias y personal sin ninguna preparación en el área técnica

El presidente de la Asociación Nacional de Profesionales Agropecuarios (ANPA), saludo la presentación del  «Plan Siembra RD», por parte del presidente de la República, licenciado Luis Abinader, el cual dijo, que si se aplica puede contribuir a garantizar la seguridad alimentaria del país, sin embargo, aseguró, que en el referido proyecto no se ha tomado en cuenta la participación directa de los técnicos del agro, ya que cuentan con 700 agrónomos cancelados de las diferentes instituciones del sector público.

El ingeniero Danilo Severino, presidente del gremio, aseguró que la planeación del proyecto para trabajar en la recuperación de la agropecuaria anunciado por el gobernante, es una muestra de que no se está trabajando oportunamente para recuperar la producción de alimentos que demanda nuestra población.

Dijo que la complementación de malas políticas agropecuarias por parte de las autoridades, fueron denunciadas varias veces por la ANPA a través de los medios de comunicación, lo mismo que otras medidas como la aplicación de la Tasa Cero a 67 rubros de la canasta familiar » la cual se quedó nati- muerta», 

Expresó que la producción agroalimentaria dominicana tiene como aliada a los profesionales agropecuarios y para que este plan sea exitoso el gobierno necesita la parte humana que son los agrónomos ya  que cuentan con la preparación y experiencia en el trabajo de campo.

Consideró que el presidente Abinader debe ordenar los nombramientos de más de 700 técnicos cancelados a nivel de todas las instituciones del Estado, y puso como ejemplo, el Ministerio de Agricultura, y el Instituto Agrario Dominicano, que son las instituciones más afectadas, para que se integren al desarrollo de este ambicioso proyecto y sea exitoso.

Alegó que para desarrollar este plan, solo a nivel extensionista se necesitan alrededor de 1,054 técnicos, de los cuales solo hay 600 en esta área y para ocupar toda la estructura territorial, que señala el gobernante, se requiere el trabajo de mil técnicos, además se deben fortalecer otras  áreas de planificación, investigación, preparación de tierra y distribución de material de siembra en cantidades suficientes y sano.

Asimismo, el dirigente de la ANPA, consideró oportuno y a propósito de la celebración en el país del Día de la Madres, la reintegración a sus puestos de trabajo de 70 mujeres agrónomas, jefas de hogares, las cuales fueron enviadas a sus casas, siendo el sustento de sus familias.  

Por otro lado, habló sobre los últimos Decretos emitidos por el mandatario, y refirió que los mismos presentan graves problemas ya que no se ha tomado en cuenta la opinión de la ANPA. 

Refirió, que  el Decreto, 621-21, emitido el 04 de Octubre, día del profesional agropecuario, se incluyeron secretarias y personal sin ninguna preparación en el área técnica, 

De igual manera, sucedió con el Decreto 181-22, recientemente emitido por el mandatario, este está dividido en dos partes, el primer acápite  pensiona a 349 técnicos, dentro de los cuales 244 ganan más de 50 mil pesos y lo están pensionando con 35 mil.

En el segundo acápite, a 564 técnicos se les mejoro su pensión con un incremento a 35 mil pesos, los cuales cobraban entre 10, 15 y 20 mil, pesos, pero no se debió incluir a 45 profesionales que actualmente están trabajando, devengando salarios de 50 mil  y lo pensionaron con 35 mil pesos.

El ingeniero Severino hizo un llamado al presidente Abinader, para que se corrijan estos errores y los técnicos sean pensionados con sus salarios actuales.
