«En busca de mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros miembros y su bienestar, el 20 de septiembre del pasado año 2019, nos reunimos aquí, en este mismo punto, para iniciar por parte de Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (AERODOM), los trabajos de construcción de este majestuoso recinto, que hoy se ha erigido como la mejor y más moderna infraestructura que alojará al personal de seguridad AVSEC, y de forma particular aquellos que prestan servicios en esta terminal aeroportuaria, que por mucho tiempo habitaron en condiciones poco apropiadas« manifestó Castillo de la Cruz.
