AZUA. – A petición de la fiscalía de Azua, el Tribunal Colegiado del Primera Instancia de este Distrito Judicial, condenó a 15 años de reclusión mayor, al imputado Miguel Angel Pinales (a) aguita, por haber agredido sexualmente a una niña de 11 años de edad, hija de la señora Anyi Miranelly Camacho, quién se encuentra desaparecida desde nueve el nueve de diciembre del 2019.
El Tribunal Colegiado integrado por las juezas, Adelaida Luciano, quién lo presidió, Ydaisa Estefan Medina y Ana Hernández, además condenaron al imputado a una multa de cien mil pesos, al tiempo que calificaron el hecho como violación al artículo 331 del código penal, 396 letra A, B, y C, de la ley 136-03, código de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes.
El Ministerio Público, representado por el fiscal, Rodolfo Vizcaíno, de la Unidad de violencia de género, explicó al Tribunal que el imputado abusó de la menor, al tocarles sus partes íntimas, para luego masturbase delante de ella, acción que realizó en varias ocasiones, además introducía un dedo en su vagina en contra de su voluntad, amenazándola con un cuchillo atado a la cintura, manifestándole que si decía algo le haría daño a su madre.
Posteriormente, la madre de la menor, Anyi Miranelly Camacho, desapareció del Municipio Las Charcas, el nueve de diciembre del 2019, donde vivía, junto de su hija, la madre de la desaparecida, Altagracia Yaquelin Matos, presentó denuncia ante la Fiscalía, el 17 de diciembre del 2019, y hasta el momento se desconoce su paradero, pese a las investigaciones realizadas por el Ministerio Público, Ángel Augusto Arias y la Policía Nacional, investigación que se encuentra abierta en estos momentos.
