Conaleche otorga 49 préstamos por más de RD$53 millones

El Consejo Nacional para la Reglamentación y Fomento a la Industria Lechera (Conaleche) aprobó, en la cuarta reunión del Comité de Crédito, un total de 49 préstamos por un monto de RD$53,670,451, para la compra de ganado, mejora de fincas, adquisición de equipos y fomento de pasto, lo que impactará  positivamente en la producción nacional.

La reunión fue encabezada por el director ejecutivo del Conaleche, Miguel Laureano, quien resaltó que estos recursos serán distribuidos entre ganaderos, procesadores y asociaciones que solicitaron préstamos a través del Comité de Crédito del Conaleche, que sesiona cada 45 días.

Laureano dijo que se acordó continuar realizando los talleres de capacitación que imparte el Conaleche a ganaderos, con los que se busca que estos mejoren su producción y que el otorgamiento de estos préstamos demuestra la confianza que tiene la institución en los solicitantes y el apoyo al sector para su desarrollo.

Además de Laureano, participaron en la reunión del Comité de Crédito el presidente de la Asociación Dominicana de Productores de Leche (Aproleche),Eric Rivero; y los representantes del Banco Agrícola, Patronato Nacional de Ganaderos, la Federación de Ganaderos de la Región Este (Fedagare), Federación de Ganaderos del Cibao Central (Fedacibao), Federación de Ganaderos de Costa Norte (Fedeganorte), Federación de Ganaderos del Sur (Fegasur) y la Federación de Ganaderos del Noreste (Fedegano).

En lo que va de año, Conaleche ha aprobado 222 préstamos, por un monto superior a los RD$276 millones, para fomentar la producción nacional. El Comité de Créditos ha sostenido reuniones en febrero, abril, junio y agosto.
