Comisión Bicameral invitará ministerios para tratar Proyecto de Ley de Simplificación de Requisitos y Trámites Administrativos

Santo Domingo. 10-02-2021.- La Comisión Bicameral apoderada para el estudio del proyecto de Ley de Simplificación de Requisitos y Trámites Administrativos, que preside el senador Franklin Rodríguez (San Cristóbal), sostuvo este miércoles su segundo encuentro, donde acordaron invitar a representantes de los ministerios de Obras Publicas y Comunicaciones; Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales; Turismo e Industria, Comercio y Mipymes, para que ofrezcan su opinión en cuanto a la iniciativa.

“Lo que nosotros queremos con esta Ley es que se haga como en otros países, donde un inversionista necesita unos permisos, y si cumple con esos requisitos, se le otorguen sin mayores contratiempos, cosa que no sucede hoy en día debido a las trabas y la burocracia que se debe agotar en República Dominicana”, puntualizó el vicepresidente de la Comisión, el diputado Elías Báez De Los Santos.

Por el Senado de la República estuvo el presidente de la Comisión, Franklin Rodríguez (San Cristóbal); Pedro Catrain (Samaná); Félix Bautista (San Juan); Lic. Valentín Medrano (Independencia); Milcíades Franjul (Peravia); y Franklin Peña (San Pedro de Macorís).

Por la Cámara de Diputados estuvo presente Elías Báez De Los Santos, vicepresidente de la Comisión; Leonardo Alfonso Aguilera, Juan José Rojas, Franklin Ramírez De Los Santos, Priscila Celvia De Oleo, Josefa Altagracia Mejía y Lourdes Josefina Aybar.
