Sánchez, Samaná.- En la mañana de este viernes fue llevado a cabo por parte de la Asociación Dominicana de Rehabilitación en conjunto con COOPERSAN un exitoso conversatorio el cual fue encabezado por la conferencista y escritora Niuvery Rojas Fernández.

Dicho conversatorio se llevó a cabo bajo el lema, “Incluir es Trabajo de Todos”, el mismo habla de las adversidades y situaciones difíciles por las cuales atravesó Niuvery tras el paso de los años en su vida debido a varias enfermedades que la misma presenta y provocaron ciertas discapacidades lo que impedía y hacia difícil su inclusión a la vida social y cotidiana de los demás.

Aun así esta joven guerrera nunca se dio por vencido y no vio como un obstáculo ni límite esta situación ya que fue una empoderada, que se mantenía siempre positiva y sobre todo entender que Dios le había dado otra oportunidad para un propósito.

Definió lo que significa para ella la palabra incluir y lo define de la siguiente manera:

Capacidad, necesidad, derecho, acoger, cuidar, bienestar, aceptación.

Incluir tiene estos significados porque han sido parte de los procesos que ha tenido que atravesar y ciclos que vivir para integrarse a la sociedad y las labores de trabajo tras su condición, pero esto no le a limitado continuar y seguir dando todo de ella.

Esta importante conferencia se estuvo llevando a cabo en el salón de actos Rufino Calcaño de la Alcaldía Municipal de Sánchez, donde estuvieron presentes, la administradora de la Asociación Dominicana de Rehabilitación la Lcda. Wanda Rodríguez, la Vicepresidenta de la ADR filial Sánchez la Licda. Cándida de la Cruz, el Licdo. Carlos Manuel Silvestre Vicepresidente de COOPERSAN, la Licda. Amada Manzueta Viceministra de la Mujer y Género, en representación del alcalde Municipal Ynocencio de Jesús Calcaño, estuvo representándole el presidente de la sala capitular el Licdo. Samuel Díaz.
