El Poder Judicial dominicano iniciará este 1 de octubre el paso a la “nueva normalidad”, que contempla la ampliación de los servicios presenciales en sedes de todo el país y la puesta en marcha de nuevos servicios virtuales a través del portal servicio judicial.
En esta etapa se habilitarán 146 sedes en todos los departamentos judiciales, que operarán con un espacio físico mínimo, cumpliendo con los protocolos de prevención del COVID-19.
Las sedes que no puedan cumplir con las guías de salud no entrarán en modalidad 100% presencial, sino que atenderán sus procesos judiciales en oficinas dentro del su distrito judicial que sí cuenten con las condiciones requeridas.
La lista de estas sedes será comunicada por los canales oficiales del Poder Judicial en los próximos días, previo al inicio de la nueva normalidad.
Durante esta “nueva normalidad” se mantendrán habilitadas las sedes en los 11 departamentos judiciales, funcionando todos los palacios de justicia, cortes de apelación, y tribunales de tierra, además de que entrarán en operación 76 juzgados de paz y 18 tribunales de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
Bajo esta modalidad de manera presencial se podrá realizar consultas inmediatas de expedientes físicos, trámites relacionados con depósitos de asuntos y gestionar entrega de documentos.
De igual forma los ciudadanos pueden usar la plataforma de servicio judicial, donde pueden realizar todos estos procesos sin necesidad de trasladarse a una sede, así como el buzón desatendido, como estaciones de autoservicio para consultas en línea y llamadas a tribunales.
Estas acciones son ejes centrales del “Plan de Continuidad de Labores” del Poder Judicial, que tiene por objetivo reintegrar paulatinamente a sus labores a jueces y servidores judiciales de manera remota, mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas.
La apertura de las labores se realizó a través del referido plan en tres fases, siendo las primeras dos la inicial e intermedia, donde los servicios se brindaban de manera virtual y se permitieron asuntos presenciales por medio de coordinación de citas previas en sedes establecidas.
Posteriormente se dio paso a la fase avanzada, habilitando todos los procesos y servicios de manera virtual y presencial, para finalmente continuar a la “nueva normalidad”.
