N.- El Partido Dominicanos por el Cambio (DxC) en reunión de su Consejo Ejecutivo Nacional (CEN), aprobó respaldar la propuesta del Presidente de la República Luis Abinader, para reducir en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) los fondos que recibirán los partidos políticos en el año 2021.
En la reunión del máximo organismo de dirección de DxC, Eduardo Estrella, al presentar la propuesta, motivó la necesidad de que todos los actores de la vida nacional se sacrifiquen en pos del bien común ante la pandemia que padece el país y el mundo.
La propuesta de resolución, sometida por el líder de DxC, indica que “la situación de pandemia que azota nuestro país, la cual ha producido graves complicaciones en la salud y la económica, ha decidido respalda sin reservas la propuesta del Presidente de la República Luis Abinader, de recortar un cincuenta por ciento (50%) del presupuesto del año 2021, a los partidos políticos, entendemosque todos los actores nacionales debemos realizar sacrificios y aportes en este momento difícil que vive la nación”.
El Presidente de DxC, Manuel Oviedo Estrada, sometió la iniciativa a la consideración de los miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo Nacional de DxC, la cual fue aprobada a unanimidad.
