Una mujer que deliberadamente tosió sobre otra en un centro comercial de Jacksonville (noreste de Florida) y fue grabada en un vídeo que se hizo viral, deberá comparecer ante la justicia este mes, tras haber sido detenida y acusada de asalto.
Medios locales informaron este sábado del caso de Debra Hunter, que fue filmada por la persona a la que tosió en la cara, Heather Sprague, una mujer en tratamiento por un tumor cerebral y con inmunodeficiencia.
La ahora acusada de asalto se encontraba en un centro comercial cuando ocurrieron los hechos en junio pasado y no llevaba mascarilla, al contrario que su víctima.
Cuando vio que Sprague la estaba grabando con su celular se acercó directamente a ella y tosió frente a la cámara.
Sprague denunció el hecho ante la policía y colocó en redes sociales el vídeo, que inmediatamente se hizo viral.
Casi un mes después, Hunter fue detenida, acusada y puesta en libertad bajo fianza, según el canal First Coast News.
El 19 de agosto deberá comparecer ante la justicia.
