De acuerdo con el boletín epidemiológico #253, del Ministerio de Salud Pública, en el país se procesaron en 8,014 muestras de coronavirus de las que 855 dieron positivos. El día anterior fueron 1,258 contagiados.
La tasa de positividad se sitúa en 17.97%.
En tanto que las defunciones notificadas fueron siete, pero no corresponden a las últimas 24 horas. Entre el jueves y el viernes se reportaron nueve fallecimientos.
A la fecha el total de contagiados es de 141,777 y las defunciones 2,324.
Internamientos
La ocupación hospitalaria para este boletín es la siguiente: hay 707 ingresados para un 25%; 181 están en cuidados intensivos y 81 con ventiladores.
