 Santo Domingo.-Con el objetivo de conformar un nuevo espacio de diálogo entre los barrios que componen la circunscripción numero tres (3), DN. con las instituciones del estado para llevar propuestas y canalizar las necesidades de los sectores que componen dicha circunscripción.

Este Diálogo denominado ¨Núcleo Cero¨, será una nueva etapa de diálogo con dirigentes de larga data.
 
En ésta ocasión fue representado por la dirigente Social Comunitaria, Dinamarca Reynoso, Lenin García , Coordinador Eje de los Derechos Sociales FORO C-3, y en representación de la policía el Coronel y Comandante Departamental C-2, Gabriel Antonio de los Santos García, el mismo servirá como un ente de doble vía , para resolver las problemáticas que se presentan en los sectores más vulnerable de dicha demarcación en materia de Seguridad.
 
Cuyo diálogo es sustentado con el compromiso de dar el  seguimiento a lo acordado por Foro Ciudadano.
 
La Licenciada Dinamarca Reynoso, reconocida como Dirigente Social Comunitaria y política de larga data en la circunscripción número tres , fue seleccionada como la coordinadora de este nuevo espacio por Foro Ciudadano; por los conocimientos adquiridos durante más de 20 años en participación de coloquio por su circunscripción.
