4. No se acostumbre a los privilegios de los cargos : por ejemplo, la persona que conduce el vehículo, a las 5:00 pm para su casa, Nunca he usado seguridad, no conozco las salas VIP de Aeropuerto, no viajar en primera clase, no usar gastos de representación (ni un centavo, jamás), no usar tarjeta de crédito institucional.
5. Trate de conocer los nombres de la gente que trabaja con usted , pregunté siempre por su familia.
6. Desarrolle un nivel de confianza que si alguien que trabaje con usted tiene un problema, se lo pueda contar sin temor , hablo del mensajero, chófer, personal de limpieza , etc.
7. NUNCA permita que le carguen el maletín, ni nada , nunca permitan que le abran una puerta , ni del carro, ni de la oficina.
8. Nunca permita que cuando usted llegue la gente tenga que ponerse de pies.
9. En las reuniones trate de sentarse en unas de las sillas laterales , no en la que encabeza la mesa.
10. Haga fila en el banco o cuando busque un servicio en otra oficina.
11. Evite la frase “usted no sabe quien yo soy?
12. Cuando usted se encuentre en un pasillo con alguien de menor nivel jerárquico, siempre ceda el paso, no permita nunca que se lo cedan a usted.
13. Evite llamar a una persona a través de su asistente o secretaria, llamé y responda usted mismo las el teléfono.
14. Por lo menos yo, nunca usé el escritorio, porque la relación con los demás de muy vertical, trate de que haya una mesa redonda, que todos se sientan en ingualdad.
