El Consejo Nacional para la Reglamentación y Fomento de la Industria Lechera (Conaleche), realizó este miércoles el lanzamiento de la primera versión de la Carta Compromiso al Ciudadano, recibida del Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP), por haber cumplido satisfactoriamente los requisitos establecidos por la referida institución estatal.
La Carta Compromiso al Ciudadano, que está contenida en la Resolución número 352-22, dirigida a Miguel Laureano Nova, director ejecutivo del CONALECHE, aprueba por dos años la primera versión de ese importante documento a la institución, que comprometió los servicios de Solicitud de préstamos, Monitoreo a la calidad de la leche y las certificaciones, renglones que cuentan con atributos de calidad por su fiabilidad, profesionalidad y accesibilidad, con estándares de satisfacción de un 90%.
La directora de Diseño y Mejora de los Servicios Públicos, Johana Guerrero, en representación del Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP), destacó que el CONALECHE ha garantizado la calidad y la eficiencia y que esto se ve reflejado en la primera versión de la Carta Compromiso de la institución.
De su lado, Laureano Nova agradeció al equipo constituido por el Comité de Calidad y a todos los miembros de la institución, que de ahora en delante son los responsables de que se cumpla con todo lo que está reflejado en este importante documento.
“El día de hoy realizamos este acto de lanzamiento de la primera versión de la Carta Compromiso al Ciudadano, que representa un gran logro para el Consejo Nacional para la Reglamentación y Fomento de la Industria Lechera (CONALECHE), y es, sin duda, la mejor evidencia del esfuerzo que viene realizando la institución en aras de lograr las metas y objetivos establecidos en nuestra misión y muy acorde con nuestros valores institucionales, que son la transparencia, eficiencia y calidad”, dijo.
Laureano Nova agregó que con la publicación de este importante documento se reafirma el compromiso de garantizar el pleno ejercicio de los derechos del ciudadano, orientando las políticas y procedimientos en torno a este con el único objetivo de ofrecer servicios de calidad y de la manera que requieren los tiempos modernos y las facilidades que nos ofrece la tecnología.
Asimismo, a través de la Carta Compromiso, el CONALECHE pone a disposición de los ciudadanos, información detallada sobre los servicios que gestiona la institución, las distintas formas para acceder y obtener los mismos, y cuáles son los compromisos de calidad asumidos para su prestación, enlistando los distintos medios físicos y digitales, a través de los cuales los ciudadanos pueden presentar sus quejas, sugerencias y recomendaciones respecto a cómo les son suministrados los mismos.
“El camino recorrido para llegar a esta meta, que más que un fin, es el inicio de una nueva etapa institucional en su compromiso con la calidad, no fue sencillo y requirió la dedicación y atención de un grupo de hombres y mujeres comprometidos que nunca desistieron en su cometido hasta lograr el objetivo”, agregó Laureano Nova.
De su lado, Bernardo Santana, coordinador del Comité Carta Compromiso al Ciudadano y encargado del Departamento de Planificación y Desarrollo del CONALECHE, destacó que esta primera versión de la Carta Compromiso al Ciudadano tiene una vigencia de dos años, abarcando el periodo noviembre 2022- noviembre 2024. En la portada externa del Brochure se encuentran las formas de comunicación y participación ciudadana, los datos de contactos de la institución, las vías a través de las cuales se pueden emitir quejas y sugerencias, y las medidas de subsanación en caso de incumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
En la portada interna, por su parte, se detallan los datos identificativos de la institución como lo son: la misión, visión, valores y las principales leyes que respaldan la institución. Se incluye un apartado de inclusión, se enlistan además los atributos de calidad que fueron comprometidos en la carta, los compromisos de calidad y los deberes del ciudadano a la hora de solicitar los servicios en cuestión.
