Villa Tapia, Hermanas Mirabal.- El senador de esta provincia Hermanas Mirabal, doctor Bautista Rojas Gómez, rindió cuenta de su gestión como legislador, ante un nutrido público, hasta donde asistieron representantes de diversos partidos políticos, empresarios, así como dirigentes comunitarios, en donde además demandó nuevamente la agilización del puente que sobre el río Camú, construye el gobierno dominicano.
Entre las principales acciones enumeradas por el senador durante este último año de actividad legislativa, figuran, la creación vía Congreso Nacional, del “Jardín Botánico Dr. Miguel Canela Lázaro”, en Hermanas Mirabal, aprobado en el Senado y además el proyecto de ley que declara a esta como provincia Ecoturística.
También enumeró como una iniciativa suya, las resoluciones que solicitan al Presidente de la república Luis Abinader, la construcción del alcantarillado del municipio de Tenares, un Centro de Diagnóstico en Jamao Afuera, así como en Blanco Arriba.
“Durante este año, como representante de Hermanas Mirabal, también impulsamos el proyecto de ley que designa con el nombre de “Antonio Manuel Florencio Estrella”, el Palacio de Justicia de esta provincia”, dijo.
En ese sentido, el veterano dirigente político del partido Fuerza del Pueblo, expresó, que durante el período legislativo 2020-2022, le sirvió además para promover y reconocer buenas prácticas y referentes para su provincia y la región.
Con relación al “Liceo Científico Dr. Miguel Canela Lázaro”, precisó, que por sus aportes a la educación técnica, sometió al senado un reconocimiento así como también vía resolución a las Escuelas Radiofónicas Santa María, por sus aportes a una educación inclusiva, en el marco del 50 aniversario, así como a la Oficina Técnica Provincial de Hermanas Mirabal, responsable de grandes aportes en el desarrollo de esta provincia.
También citó, el sometimiento vía resolución, la solicitud al ministro de Obras Públicas para la construcción del puente de Sabaneta sobre el Río Camú, aprobada y en proceso de construcción, aunque criticó la lentitud con la cual se desarrollan los trabajos, mermando de manera considerable, el desarrollo económico de la provincia Hermanas Mirabal.
También demandó vía cámara alta, a las autoridades de Obras Públicas la intervención urgente de la Autopista Duarte, llamado que fue acatado de manera inmediata por las autoridades. Otra demanda del legislador también vía el senado, es la carretera, La Gina-Santa Ana-Cruce de Cenoví.
Otra de las importantes piezas legislativa sometidas, fue el de la ley general de vacunas, aprobada en el Senado y enviada a la Cámara de Diputados para estudio y posterior aprobación, así como la resolución que ordena una sesión extraordinaria el 25 de noviembre de este año 2022 en Salcedo, con lo que se busca honrar la memoria de Patria, Minerva y María Teresa Mirabal, en el aniversario de su asesinato y conmemoración del Día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer.
“Durante este año 2022 el congreso convirtió en ley la iniciativa No. 06214-2020-2024- Proyecto de ley que designa con el nombre de Ingeniera-Arquitecta Tomasina Cabral Mejía, el tramo de carretera que va desde el puente sobre el río Juana Núñez, del municipio Salcedo, hasta el puente sobre el río Platanal, del municipio Tenares”, dijo.
“El populismo no me apartará de tender la mano a quienes no necesiten, para entender la realidad social de nuestras provincias, hay que estar, conocer y vivir en ellas” concluyó el senador, quien precisó, ha presentado 44 iniciativas legislativas, 14 leyes y 30 resoluciones.
“Abrazamos el compromiso con el proyecto de ley que crea la Corporación del Acueducto y el Alcantarillado de Hermanas Mirabal (CORAAHERMI), aprobado en el Senado, y el proyecto de ley que crea el Monumento Natural Río Partido, también aprobado en el Senado, dijo.
